The Daily Camera: Columnists: "The University of Colorado Foundation really wants your good will, your trust and, well, your money. As long as you're a docile little donor, CU's fund-raising arm loves you. But if you want real, nuts-and-bolts accountability, the agency gets huffy in a heartbeat.
A cynic might wonder what the foundation wants to hide.
On Wednesday, the CU Foundation, a tax-exempt nonprofit, filed suit against this newspaper, asking the Denver District Court to rule that the foundation is not subject to the Colorado Open Records Act"
