GalleryKansas City, Mo. - infoZine - Dr. Irwin Mark Jacobs, co-founder and chairman of QUALCOMM Inc., the San Diego-based leader in developing digital wireless communications products and services, will offer a keynote address at 6 p.m. on Sept. 21 at the annual dinner of the Business Council of The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.

The Business Council's annual dinner celebrates corporate involvement and support of The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, essential ingredients that enable the Museum to sustain its programs and services for the community and further enhance the quality of life in Kansas City . Created by entrepreneur and philanthropist Henry W. Bloch in 1985, the Council this year marks its 20th anniversary.

Jacobs will present A Personal Account of the Value and Satisfaction of Corporate and Family Philanthropy in the Arts."
