Greenwood Today: "The Greenwood Chamber of Commerce will be holding an organizational meeting at Wesley Commons for its new Non-profit Council on Thursday, September 18. The purpose of this new council will be to address the needs and promote the development of non-profit organizations in Greenwood and the surrounding area. The breakfast meeting will begin at 8:15 a.m. with registration and networking followed by the program at 8:30 a.m. Guest speaker will be Jamie Inman, Development Director of the YMCA of Greenville and Upstate Chapter President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. All area representatives of non-profit groups are invited to attend this informative meeting that will lay the groundwork for future endeavors."
