Volunteers spruce up Seacoast non-profits

Volunteers spruce up Seacoast non-profits: "PORTSMOUTH — Barbara Newton can’t walk more than a few steps in the Player’s Ring Company without coming across part of the building that has been affected by the United Way Day of Caring.

On Wednesday, a dozen volunteers from Liberty Mutual helped remove the 65 seats in the theater and apply a fresh coat of paint on the risers, shaped and installed new doors and several other general maintenance jobs. Past projects have included a new sidewalks, tiling the bathroom floor and installing a handicap ramp, among others."
