Schools' alumni knights: Local grads are giving back: "For the past seven years, he's given the PS 176 fifth-grade graduation speech. Last year, he enlisted 30 colleagues to paint a cartoon mural at the school to spruce up a separate eating area for children with severe food allergies.
For the kids, seeing a local guy return as a successful business figure, 'sets up the concept that work really matters,' said Principal Liz Culkin. 'It's not pie in the sky.'"
