Advisers kicking in, get credit for surge in charitable giving - InvestmentNews: Charitable contributions to the nation's three largest donor advised funds increased an average of 12% for the year ending June 30, 2012, compared to the previous fiscal year. The three funds collected a total of nearly $4.8 billion.
