New Rules for Catholic Charities May Hinder Charity Collaboration - NPQ - Nonprofit Quarterly: The Vatican has issued new guidelines for Catholic charities, and the rules may have a significant impact on Catholic charities’ ability to collaborate with non-Catholic groups.
