Charity skydive in Homestead leaves Yankees GM with broken ankle - Homestead / South Dade - MiamiHerald.com: New York Yankees General Manager Brian Cashman went skydiving for charity at the Homestead Air Reserve Base on Monday and ended up with a broken ankle.

The GM jumped out of a plane with members of the Army’s Golden Knights skydiving team. He took the plunge to raise awareness for the Wounded Warriors Project.
