Ten Nonprofits Get Grants to Increase Their Effectiveness

massnonprofit.org ::: July 8, 2014 — The Boston Foundation yesterday announced that it has awarded $61,550 to 10 Greater Boston nonprofits as part of a program that awards grants for small-scaled projects that increase impact and effectiveness of nonprofits.

The grants, of up to $7,500, from the Vision Fund program of The Boston Foundation (TBF), are designed to support capacity building efforts, pilot or demonstration projects, program design, evaluation or research, as well as board assessment/development, explorations of mergers and restructuring or other components of a strategic planning effort.
